Cody mentioned yesterday something about us going through Cafe Rio withdrawal, which made me remember that I had dreamed about eating a pork salad with creamy tomatillo dressing the night before. We are really missing it. Literally the best salad in the WORLD!
Yesterday, I made taco salad and attempted to recreate the beloved creamy dressing. I tried a dressing recipe I found on a stranger's blog. Close, but not quite there. It was too sweet and runny! I have tried making it a few times, but no luck. If anyone has a recipe that tastes identical to Cafe Rio's creamy tomatillo dressing, please share it with me! It is GOLD, pure gold!
This recipe is my absolute favorite! I think it tastes just like the real thing. (And so does the pork recipe.)

I can get one from our friends the nixons, they have a great dressing, tastes the same to me(Close) I will post the car seat cover as soon as brandon downloades the pictures, we got a new camera and i can't figure it out.
