Last Saturday, after a hectic, long week home with our kids while our husbands studied like crazy and took their finals, my friend Anjanette and I got to have a girls day out in Jonesboro. This doesn't happen very often. It was heavenly to go to lunch, dinner and all sorts of fun shopping without our little ones driving us crazy. Above is outside of Lazzari Italian Restaurant, where we ate yummy pasta for dinner. (The wait at Olive Garden for 2 at 5:00 p.m. was 45 minutes!)
As you can see, during our meal we couldn't help but notice the interesting view we had of a chef statue from our table. We are also very immature and had to have a little fun with the camera that was conveniently in my purse.
We were giggling like idiots and I am sure annoying the neighboring tables...but we were having a good time. There was only about 5 minutes of this going on.
Bottom line- We don't get out much.:)
